Everybody’s just looking for someone with experience, but how did they get that experience?! 🧐

They also say school doesn’t count as experience…. so what then?! How then?! I’ll tell you how…

They learn from people like us! Small businesses that care about the people that work with them and for them! I don’t have to hire people who already know how to do everything! At Good Works, we hire good attitudes and we teach an excellent craft to people who are willing to learn!! And man!!! these guys are getting very good very quickly!! It’s truly remarkable!!

Dan has been one of our dear friends for YEARS, and if you know BBQ, then you know he’s the REAL dealll… like our pits!! 🙌🏼🔥🔥

Dan called us yesterday morning and said he needed an attachment to go on our Firepit so he could use a Good Works Firepit to cook a hog for all the fine folks at North River!! he said we only had one day to make it happen, because he was in a time crunch! Well you already know we had to spring into action! We designed, fabricated, and welded the super cool attachment for cooking hogs on our fine Good Works fire pits IN ONE DAY!!! Thanks so much Dan for giving us the opportunity to help you make things happen!! “Dan the man! “

A good friend of ours reached out after one of his bed boxes had completely fallen out. Instead of spending the money to replace it, we repaired, reinforced, and rebuilt the unit to make it better than ever. 🙌🏼😎

Just because something is broken doesn’t always mean it has to be replaced! Sometimes a quality repair can save you time, money, and keep your equipment working for years to come!!
