We’re proud that our President, Ben Pruski, had the opportunity to attend a roundtable discussion with Acting Secretary of Labor Keith Sonderling focused on workforce development.

As both a manufacturing business owner and a local School Board member, Ben sees firsthand how important it is to reach young people early and show them the career opportunities available in manufacturing.

Manufacturing offers good jobs, strong wages, and real career paths for young people entering the workforce. Conversations like this are important as we work to connect students with local businesses, skilled trades, and opportunities that can lead to long-term careers.
