1500+ Templates & growing Material: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper Material Thickness: Up to and including ½” Sizes: Small as desired – details permitting – up to and including 4’x4’ Finishes: Raw, Clear (Gloss, Satin, Matte), Powder Coat We require an up front non refundable $35 design fee on all orders that will then be deducted off of total price. Turn Around Time: We quote 4-6 weeks on all orders. (Turn around time DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL the design has been approved AND payment has been received IN FULL.) Larger more intricate orders will potentially require a longer processing time especially if components need to be special ordered. Rush orders are available - time permitting - for an additional fee. All orders are required to be picked up within 7 days of completion unless arrangements were discussed and previously agreed upon during the initial order placement. ***ANY ORDER >>NOT<< PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. AT WHICH POINT BOTH PRODUCT(S) AND PAYMENT(S) WILL BE FORFEITED BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE BUSINESS (Busi Custom Creations LLC)*** Service Agreement 1. Cancellations: All cancellations must be placed before the final sign off on design specifications. Any order cancelled once in processing will not be refunded. 2. Payments: **All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and sales are FINAL.** Orders will NOT be started until payment has been received in full. Forms Accepted: Cash, Check, Money Order, All Major Credit Cards We charge a $50 fee for any bounced payment. 3. Shipping: Shipping charges will be based on a piece by piece basis and will be discussed with customer prior to invoice being issued. If customer decides to have item(s) shipped an additional invoice will be issued in the amount of the shipping cost. 4. Disclosure: Busi Custom Creations LLC assumes no liability for copyright images of templates supplied or requested by you, the customer. We, the company, assume that you, the customer, have been granted permission to use said material and accept all legal fees and/or ramifications placed upon you, the customer, as well as any legal fees and/or ramifications we, the business, may acquire associated with the unlawful use of said images or templates. 5. Disclaimers: Busi Custom Creations LLC assumes no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the handling of orders. Orders are made of or containing metal and may have sharp edges or corners. Knives are extremely sharp and caution should be used at all times. Handle all items with care. Items are not toys and thus children should not be left unsupervised.
