Way to go Inarie and Bearcat tennis!
S*K Pre-Season Tennis Athlete to Watch: Inarie Rippert, a standout for Ellsworth is coming off another stellar doubles season with partner Reygan Coonrod, finishing as the 2024 state runner-up and going 34-1 on the year. Rippert and Coonrod will both return for the Bearcats and look to redeem their 2024 season with a gold medal. Rippert has been an all-state and academic all-state selection every year since joining the team and has helped lead her program to multiple regional titles and a 2nd-place team finish at state. Despite only picking up tennis in 8th grade, she has quickly become one of the top doubles players in the state, showing consistent growth and dominance with Coonrod over three seasons together. “This is my third year partnering with Reygan in doubles, and our progress has been incredible. We've continued to grow and accomplished so much together. Last year we came so close to an undefeated season. This year, I’m more motivated than ever to make it happen,” she said. With a strong group of returners including Karli Haase, Hannah Vague, and Felis De La Cruz, Rippert is determined to turn last year’s near-perfect season into an undefeated run in 2025.
