Starting Monday April 20th we will be switching to summer hours. Office hours will be as follows

Mon - Fri
8:30 am to 1 pm

Sat
9 am to Noon

We may still be here working some days after the posted hours. The office will remain open while we are here working on those days however if you cannot pickup within the posted hours please notify us and setup an appointment to meet you here.

Tomorrow February 13th (Friday) we will be closed until noon. There is a scheduled power outage and we will not be able to work until power is restored so we will NOT be here. Sorry for the inconvenience and the late notice but we were just notified today.

Just a friendly reminder we are not a storage facility. All orders are expected to be picked up within a reasonable time frame after we notify you it is ready, (days not weeks) the sooner the better. We will be charging for preboxing and storage for orders that are not picked up in a timely manner. We will not be responsible for missed voicemails, texts, emails, or changed numbers on your part. If you are unsure if your order is ready call text or email us for a confirmation. Thankyou for understanding.

We are currently back to our regular business hours.
Mon-Fri 8:30 to 5:00
Saturday 9:00 to 12:00

A few changes for the upcoming season.
Moving forward we not be preboxing any orders without an added charge to your bill. (Yet to be determined) Even with the extra charge Preboxing will be limited as we have a limited work force. All orders are expected to be picked up promptly. We are not a storage facility. Storage fees will be applied to orders not picked up in a reasonable time frame. We have limited space and we do our best to fit everyone in and that becomes very difficult when we holding orders for extended periods.
Orders will be frozen in wire baskets and transfered to your containers as part of the pickup process as most of you are already doing. Please prepare accordingly when making arrangements. Any questions please call us at 814-258-7283 Thank you.

Starting Monday May 12th our office hours will be as follows

8:30 to 1:00 Monday through Friday and
9 to noon on Saturdays.

If we are still here after hours we will still wait on you. If you need to be later please call us and make an appointment to meet you here.

We will also be closed for most of July exact dates to follow.

We will resume regular business hours in late summer/ early fall. An exact date has not been set yet.

It has been brought to my attention that some people are having difficulty reaching us by phone. Please leave a message and we will return your call.
Please keep in mind:
-We try to answer as many calls as we can however customer pickups and other various tasks make it difficult to get to every call
-We have two lines, both are landlines(you can not text them) call and leave a message
-We have one phone, so if we are already on the other line with another customer we can not answer the second line without disrupting the first call. Leave a message
-The phone is a landline, we don't see missed calls. Leave a message
-We will always direct our attention to the customer standing in front of us first before answering the phone. It would be rude to leave them stand there and take a phone call when you can leave a message
-The phone will not ring outside of regular business hours but it will go to the mailbox and let you leave a message.
- Custom processing is currently at the highest demand I've ever seen and the demand is overwhelming. We are working through as many appointments as possible. If you're on the cancellation list and we have not called you, we do not have an opening yet. Calling ever two days will not change that. We are doing our best. Space is limited and the facility it at max capacity. We will call you as soon as we have room to fit yours in. If you made other arrangements we would appreciate it if you let us know.
