We have a mix today of UP and DOWN.
I won't beat around the bush, I'll get right to the updates.

UP
Aluminum Cast 90%: $0.25 lb.
Aluminum Cast - CLEAN: $0.50 lb.
Aluminum Sheet 90%: $0.40 lb.
Aluminum Sheet - CLEAN: $0.50 lb.
Brass Mixed 90%: $1.00 lb.
Brass Mixed - CLEAN: $2.00 lb.

DOWN (unfortunately)
#1 Prepared Heavy: $10.00 cwt.
P&S Unprepared (shearing): $9.00 cwt.

Looks like the UP outweighs the DOWN and prices are still good!

It's definitely a rainy day especially when some prices drop. Hopefully they will go back up sooner rather then later!

Here's what dropped:
CAC (HUBS AND ROTORS): $11.00 CWT
HEAVY MIXED STEEL: $8.00 CWT
P&S 4' (PREPARED): $12.00 CWT
(CWT = PER 100 Lbs.)

*Cars: keep in mind that we do have stipulations.
Anything 11 years or newer (2015 - 2026) we have to have a title.
Anything 12 years or older (2014 and older), no title needed, but have the VIN ready to give at the window when you check in.
No additional material allowed in the vehicle unless it's parts off that vehicle. No loose tires.
Most importantly, we do not take driven vehicles since the gas tank has to have a good fist size or bigger hole in the bottom of the gas tank. Or you can remove it, cut it in half and throw it back in the vehicle. The tank MUST be drained and dried.
Make sure all of this is completed or the vehicle WILL be rejected

It was nice and fun while it lasted but sadly 2 prices have dropped.

We are excited to let you know that Steel pricing just went UP again! (Including some Aluminum!)

Here's what went up...
Aluminum Sheet Clean: $0.45Lbs
Aluminum Sheet 90%: $0.35Lbs
EC WIRE (BARE): $1.00Lbs
Shredder: $8.00 cwt.
Heavy: $8.50 cwt.
Prepared #1: $11.00 cwt.
Prepared P&S: $13.00 cwt.
Cars*: $9.00 cwt.
(cwt. = per 100 lbs.)
We knew it would go up but not this crazy amount!
If you can get to that old metal, gather it up and bring it on in to cash in on these amazing prices.

Prepared P&S: $11.50 cwt.
Cars*: $7.50 cwt.

I didn't think Ferrous would go up, but there it is and we're excited to share the price increase with you.

What? Up AGAIN?
Yes, that is what is happening.
I like this trend and I think it's the highest I've seen these prices in a long long time. These prices are AMAZING!

I won't delay over this excitement, so here are the Updated Prices...

#1 Copper: $4.00 lb.
#2 Copper: $3.75 lb.
#3 Copper: $3.30 lb.
Bare Bright Copper: $4.05 lb.
Insulated Copper varies from $0.60 lb. to $2.00 lb.
EC Wire (Bare): $0.80 lb.
EC Wire (Insulated): $0.40 lb.
Aluminum/Copper Radiators (Clean): $1.50 lb.
Brass Radiator (Clean): $1.70 lb.
Brass (Clean): $1.90 lb.
Tungsten (Carbide/Bits): $6.00 lb.

Make sure your material is clean for the best pricing. If you have over 100 pounds of clean non-ferrous material (per item), you get an extra $0.05 cents on the original pricing.

Gather up that spare metal and get it in for these AMAZING prices.
We don't know how long this will last or if they'll continue to go up, but this is the best I've seen it!
