I decided our new shop needed a custom sign. We fabricated it all after work at night, on Sundays or whenever we had a few minutes. It took us a while,…but here it is. We made the frame from 8” stainless steel square tubing, the inner frame is stainless steel and the actual sign is all aluminum. Powder coated my colors of red and blue.

Since 1989 R.C. Portable Welding & Fabrication have been very fortunate to take part in some very big, and very small projects. Anything from custom signs, to stainless steel cable railings, custom one off range hoods, aluminum pocket doors, fully hand built trailers, complex arch’s and gates, simple single top hand rails, repairing enclosed trailers and much more! There is nothing too big or too small.

Our facility, CNC plasma table, hydraulic schear, hydraulic press brake, CNC rollers, plate rolling, and 3 portable welding units.

We cover all materials such as mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, cast iron, cast aluminum, brass, copper and more!

Have you ever wondered how fast Bob and Dylan are? It only took them 40 seconds to build this 23’ curved stainless steel hand rail on Lake Beulah earlier this spring!
What is not shown is the preparations for this job done back at the shop. We fabricate the stainless steel legs, and roll the single one-piece, top rail to the radius of the staircase for smoother fabrication on site!

It was a privilege and honor to create the Legacy Arch at EAHS. When approached by EAHS reps to see if we had interest in working on the project, we knew immediately we were not going to pass on the opportunity. Mr Wilson was my coach, my teacher, he most certainly was an incredible person! Mr Yanke was before my time, but he set the bar high for Mr Wilson. Both men had such a powerful impact on our youth.
