This custom floating staircase in Fontana, WI completely transformed the way this homeowner accesses their garage. Before this project, a ladder was being used to get to the garage.

We fabricated the staircase with a landing and stainless steel cable railing, while carefully designing the layout to maintain the hallway width between the staircase and surrounding walls.

We worked alongside New Leaf Construction to bring this project together and create a staircase that is both functional and visually striking.

This Dousman, WI property got a custom upgrade with these one of a kind aluminum driveway gates. Designed specifically for the property, the gates feature a classic arched design, black powder coating, and decorative spear tops that give the entrance a finished look.

The gates are hung on heavy duty 6 inch posts that we concreted into the ground, giving the entire setup a solid foundation built to last.

We handled every step of the project, from the custom design and fabrication to the concrete work and final installation.

A fresh new look for the entrance at Heat Wave in Williams Bay!

We built these railings in our shop and installed them onsite. The customer wanted two matching outer rails, along with a different design for the center grab rail to give the entrance a unique look.

The entire railing system was powder coated in a sleek black finish for a clean, durable result.

A custom railing with a beautiful view!

Located on Rock Lake in Lake Mills, WI, this project was designed to match an existing railing on the homeowner’s property, creating a seamless look throughout.

The new railing was installed on top of the homeowner’s boathouse, creating a safe and inviting space to enjoy the upper deck while taking in the views of the water.

For this project, we:

- Removed the existing wooden railing
- Built the new custom railing to match the existing design
- Powder coated it in a dark bronze finish
- Installed the new railing on site

A statement entrance with a purpose! These custom aluminum gates were designed and installed for a beautiful home in Beloit, WI, providing added privacy and security along a busy road.

The homeowner chose oversized decorative spears across the top, giving the gates a bold, elegant look that perfectly complements the property. We also designed custom mounting plates to create a clean, secure installation between the stone pillars.

And these gates got to make a special appearance! The homeowner was able to showcase them as part of their residence during a 650 person wedding held at the property. Talk about an entrance worth remembering!

This custom entry gate features a CNC cut tree design, made entirely from aluminum and powder coated black. The unique tree cutouts add a beautiful custom touch that fits perfectly with the natural surroundings of the home.

We also completed the onsite installation in Fontana, creating a finished entryway leading up to the front door of the homeowner’s house.

We completed this custom steel staircase for Prop Shaft Supply Company in Delavan, WI, giving their team safe and convenient access to their mezzanine and making the additional space much more functional.

The entire staircase and railing system was fabricated in our shop, then transported to the job site and professionally installed by our team. From the stair structure and treads to the handrails and upper guardrails, we handled the complete fabrication and installation.

A project like this is a great example of how custom fabrication can transform an existing workspace and make every square foot more useful.
