American Millwork LLC is pleased to announce that Brian Gibson has been named President, succeeding Brett Lamont, who is returning to his role as strategic corporate consultant after two years of presidential leadership.

Brian previously served as our Vice President of Business and Supply Chain Management, where he optimized operations and strengthened customer partnerships across the wood industry. In his new role, Brian will lead day-to-day operations, product innovation, and long-term growth.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Brett for his impactful leadership and look forward to our continued momentum. Please join us in congratulating Brian!

Today we gathered for our annual company picnic to celebrate our incredible team - the people that make the difference!

Along with great food and great company, we had the honor of presenting several service awards to recognize our team’s dedication. We also celebrated a big milestone - after 35 years, Jon Kovatch is making his final cut. For decades, Jon ran our rip saw and lent us his lumber expertise. He was critical in programming our new rip technology and led and mentored many of our incoming team members in his career. We are grateful for Jon’s work and legacy and wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement!
