We are seeking someone with experience operating CNC Mills & Lathes who is ready to take the next step in helping lead and support a successful team environment. This role plays an important part in keeping our machining operations running efficiently and producing quality results.

Responsibilities include:
✔️ Set up CNC mills and lathes to produce parts that meet print and quality requirements
✔️ Supporting daily machining operations

MORryde had a great time participating in Career Quest and spending the day with the 7th graders of Elkhart County!

We enjoyed connecting with students and sharing more about the attributes that are the building blocks of success— including having a positive attitude, good communication, being a team player, and being goal focused.

It is always exciting to see the next generation exploring future career paths and learning about the many opportunities available right here in our community.
