Strom Living

Industry leader in vintage, period specific kitchen and bath hardware. Best-in-class quality and customer service from wholesale to end customer.

Since 1972, Sign of the Crab has been providing quality SOLID BRASS products to the wholesale trade. Our product line has evolved over the years, beginning with the importing of antique reproduction hardware and decorative brass accessories, to the creation of our Strom Plumbing line in the 80’s which brought about the expansion of our reproduction line to include antique style faucetry and bathroom accessories, then to our now extensive line of reproduction and modern faucetry, cast iron and acrylic clawfoot tubs, pedestal tubs & sinks. Our plumbing line name, Strom, means “stream or river” in the family’s native land of Norway. Thus, the beautiful rivers of the world are represented in our faucets’ names, and joined by our tubs named after exquisite lakes around the world. We are committed to continuing our search of the world for the highest quality products and people to serve you.

A well chosen tub does more than filling up a room. It anchors everything.

From a design perspective, the strength of a piece like this is balance: vintage-inspired detailing, a dramatic silhouette, and durable acrylic construction that suits the way bathrooms are used today.

When the tub has this much presence, the rest of the room doesn’t need to compete—good materials, thoughtful fixtures, and a restrained palette let it speak for itself.

Great bathroom design is about more than choosing a beautiful tub—it’s about making every fixture work together.

The Strom Living Deck Mount Tub Enclosure Shower System is designed to bring full shower functionality to classic clawfoot and leg tubs while preserving their traditional character.

For period-inspired bathrooms, it’s a thoughtful way to add everyday practicality without introducing fixtures that feel out of place. Classic proportions, purposeful details, and functionality designed for the way the room is actually used.

How to choose the right faucet for a compact space?

The key is choosing a faucet style that works with both the proportions of the sink and the way the space will be used every day. When those details are considered together, even the smallest powder room can feel thoughtful, functional, and full of character.

It all begins with a vision.

Soft, natural tones. Architectural paneling. Classic silhouettes. Warm wood accents. Every element works together to create a room that feels calm, balanced, and effortlessly timeless.

Whether you're restoring a century-old home or putting your own stamp on a new one, choosing enduring materials and classic design ensures your bathroom feels just as inviting years from now as it does on day one.

Where Every Detail Tells a Story.

The warmth of polished brass, the richness of jewel-toned tile, and the timeless beauty of classic forms come together to create a bathroom that feels curated rather than decorated. Every finish has a purpose. Every detail adds depth. Every moment feels elevated.

At Strom Living, we believe the spaces you live in should be as enduring as the craftsmanship behind them.

A beautifully designed bathroom is never about a single statement piece—it's about the harmony between every finish, every material, and every carefully considered detail.

Here, the graceful silhouette of the clawfoot tub, adorned with sculpted brass feet, becomes the jewel of the room. Framed by timeless marble, warm brass accents, and classic lines, it transforms an everyday space into a sanctuary of enduring elegance.

Because true luxury isn't created by following trends. It's crafted through details that stand the test of time and elevate every moment spent within them. 💎🛁

An exposed shower system is more than a fixture.

It's an architectural feature that instantly brings character, elegance, and timeless appeal to any bathroom.

From its graceful exposed pipework to its classic rain shower and handshower combination, every element is intentionally designed to be seen. The result is a bathroom that feels curated, not cluttered and functionality becomes part of the design itself.

Some spaces invite you to pause the moment you step inside.

Rich, warm metals. Timeless patterns. Natural textures. Every element working in harmony to create a sanctuary that feels both grounded and refined.

The beauty of exceptional design lies not in excess, but in thoughtful composition—where every finish, every contour, and every detail contributes to a room that feels curated for generations, not seasons.

Because the most memorable bathrooms aren't built around trends. They're built around timeless elegance that never asks for attention—it simply earns it. 🛁✨

Some fixtures simply serve a purpose. Others define the entire room.

The Thermostatic British Telephone Faucet draws inspiration from timeless British design, turning everyday routines into moments of quiet refinement. Every curve, cross handle, and polished detail is thoughtfully crafted to be admired as much as it is used.

With thermostatic precision delivering consistent comfort, it offers more than beautiful design—it creates an experience that feels effortless, every single day.
Because when every detail is considered, an ordinary bathroom becomes a space worth lingering in. 🚿💎
