Could spending more time outdoors help reduce childhood myopia risk?
New research from Spain found that children spending at least seven hours outdoors weekly showed significantly lower myopia rates, while researchers explored CUVAF as a potential new biomarker for objective myopia screening.
The findings continue highlighting the growing relationship between outdoor activity, screen habits, and long-term pediatric eye health.
