Tread plate stair case we finished Friday. 5 pieces, no welds on the faces anywhere, custom fit on the fly. It turned out pretty well i think! Newly build house, going to the basement/man cave. We do it all! has done it again!

Aluminum water tank cover anyone? This one was a fun build! 1/2” aluminum plate, 70”x94” with 4”x1/4” stiffeners as you can see. Sat on a solid hinge and will be mounted flush in the ground.
