was founded in 2006 by Richard "Dick" Ortiz. One of the first projects completed by ZTEX was the Outlet Shoppes of El Paso, also known as the Sun Valley Outlet Mall. This contract was more than $5M and ZTEX self-performed 90% of the work. What's more is ZTEX was the General Contractor for the civil construction portion of the project.
