This jet boat trailer came into Henry’s Trailers for its annual service, and like most trailers we see, there was a lot more to the story than just basic maintenance.

The customer was concerned about larger tires rubbing the fenders and had already bounced around to multiple shops looking for answers.

This custom Airstream bar trailer for Hotel Del Coronado needed to be transported and positioned directly on the beach in San Diego — and that requires the right equipment, the right planning, and real-world experience working in sand.

This trailer came into Henry’s Trailers after being “serviced” earlier this year somewhere else… and honestly, this is exactly what frustrates us about this industry.

New bunks were installed onto completely rotted brackets. Temporary supports were welded in and already rusting apart. The jack was installed incorrectly. Money was spent, but the trailer was never actually fixed correctly.

In our opinion, this was a band-aid repair — the kind of work that gets customers back on the road just long enough for it to fail again shortly afterward.

That is NOT how we do business.
