The Environmental Resources Training Center (ERTC) is the designated center by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) for the continuing education of personnel involved in the operation, maintenance and management of drinking water and wastewater treatment systems. The ERTC and its training programs are an affiliate of the Building Illinois' Bioeconomy Consortium. The Building Illinoi
