Dear friends and colleagues,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Bill Lund on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. He was 83.

Bill was raised in Raritan Township (now Edison). He loved that community and proudly served as Township Engineer for 30 years. When he retired, he continued in the field with his own firm, Site Engineering, and later served as President of Meridian Engineering until his retirement in 2017. He moved to SC with his wife of 57 years, Katie, where he enjoyed his passions of family and golf. He will be missed.

Bill’s family has prepared a beautiful obituary which can be found here:
https://www.burroughsfh.com/notices/William-Lund

The family has made arrangements with the funeral home in SC for Sunday, May 9th. Details are in that notice.

Additionally, a Memorial Mass will be held locally at St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Metuchen, NJ on Saturday, June 19th at 10:15 am.

We at Meridian are thankful for Bill’s leadership and mentorship, but most of all, his friendship. He will be missed, but not forgotten.
