Bakery/Restaurant equipment repair Company looking for a qualified individual to install, deinstall, refurbish and repair Bakery equipment in the Baltimore/DC/Virginia area. Job requires knowledge of mechanics, sheet metal, gas, electric and plumbing. Some heavy lifting required. DOT Health card a plus. This job will include some overnight stays and travel. Infrequent jobs may be out of the area. Applicant must be able to work with hired labor and be able to direct them to accomplish the task at hand. This job also requires frequent overtime and early starts. On call rotation with other techs. Applicant must be physically fit to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and walk distances.

We install bakery ovens over a wide area in big box stores and bakeries. A portion of these jobs are turnkey installations that include new venting and reconnecting the utilities.

Company supplied work truck, paid health care(100% for employee), dental, 2 wks vacation after 1 year. Will train the right individual with good motivation and some of the above requirements. Good driving record a must.

This individual is responsible for managing Technicians and servicing kitchen equipment including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing specified commercial kitchen equipment

Experience in gas and electrical is required.

Manage multiple Technicians
Job Scheduling
Quality Control of technicians work
Pre-construction meetings
Major Project walk-throughs
Use basic hand and power tools
Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms; twist, turn and bend
Enter confined spaces
Stand on concrete floors for an extended period of time.
Hours 8-4:30 M-F, But available to technicians after hours.
Must have a clean driving record, willing to travel, work over-time and be on call.

We are a commercial bakery equipment repair company, in Harford County, looking to hire office personnel. Experience is preferred but not required.

This is a full time position, our hours are from 8a-430p Monday - Friday. We use iOS platforms throughout the company, prior knowledge is helpful but not required. We will train.
