Chucks Property care and mowing The one thing i can do for you that many others cant. Is you deal with one person. not like a bunch of other places. You will talk to me, and deal with me.

Lawn mowing, Snow plowing, Bank foreclosures (15+yrs), Metal cleanup, Camera systems, Skidsteer work, 12v wireing, lighting (cars/trucks/police/ambulance/atv), fix and repair my own stuff. there is no middle man. I did bank foreclosure work from 2009 up to 2018 when the work ended. In that time frame I did pretty much everything (Lock changes, Winterizes, Trashouts, boarding, lawn mowings, snow plowing, plumbing repairs, sump pump installs, evictions and more). I now do lawn mowings and snow plowings at private cabins, private homes, a few small business's along with property repairs/maintenance. In the past I have also done:
car starters
12v wireing
police equipment installs
lighting on my skidloader, atvs, pickup. along with other peoples equipment
camera system installs
electronics repair
landscape work
driveway grading
fencing repair

laser graded a driveway with the laser grader i made a few yrs ago. all i do is drive and it auto raise and lowers to cut the high spots and fill in the low spots. hopeing to make this work on the skidsteer grader i bought.

built a lawn roller last yr for the mower. 72" wide.
