Hyosung America engineers from both South Korea and Texas recently visited NuSource Financial to familiarize themselves with the customer experience in a variety of settings. They were able to visit with NuSource personnel, tour the facilities of some clients, and speak directly with customers using Hyosung equipment. This experience gave them valuable insight into improvements and future product development.
