💜 March 25th - One of our Favorite days here at Dowding!! 💜
Yesterday we presented the Chuck Hurd “Spirit of Dowding” award!!
Congratulations to 💜Tina Baumer💜 for being this year’s award recipient!
Tina consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and contributes to a supportive work environment. She is active and engaged in numerous Dowding fundraisers and teambuilding events. Her uplifting and proactive approach has a strong impact on team morale, coupled with her knowledge of our Robots and processes, makes Tina a perfect recipient of this award!
It is said that some people come into our lives, leaving footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same.💜💜 Chuck Hurd was certainly one of those people! As is Tina!
To make this day even more special….it falls on our late founder, Skip Dowding’s birthday (he would have been 94)! We will continue to honor his legacy just as he would want, by lifting up and building people….not just parts! 💜
