Meet the Team:
Every successful welding project relies on a team of dedicated welders committed to delivering the highest level of quality. Miguel, our Welding Supervisor/Inspector, ensures consistently that the welding department is set up for success and can prosper each day.
Miguel has been with DGI for 3 years, beginning each morning at work around 5:00 AM to prepare the shop for the day ahead. From cleaning the saw and organizing workstations to gathering materials and drawings for the welding team, his preparation helps ensure each day starts efficiently and projects stay on track.
One of the things Miguel enjoys most about working at DGI is the variety that comes with every project. No two days are the same, and he appreciates the opportunity to take on new challenges and work on something different each day.
One project that stands out to Miguel is the T-45, which remains one of his favorite projects to have been a part of.
When asked what he appreciates most about DGI, Miguel shared that he's grateful to work alongside a great group of guys who are committed to doing the job right. He values being part of a dependable team that shares a commitment to excellence.
Miguel describes DGI as a place where the positive work environment and meaningful projects make coming to work enjoyable. He believes it's a company where employees can look forward to what each day brings.
Outside of work, Miguel enjoys watching sports, especially football, and spending time watching YouTube. Those who know Miguel also know he enjoys making others laugh and bringing a sense of humor to the workplace, helping create a positive atmosphere for everyone around him.
We appreciate Miguel's leadership, consistent dedication, and the positive attitude he brings to the team every day!
