Taking care of yourself means taking care of your mental health, too.

Our hearing health plays a role in that, too. Hearing helps us stay connected to conversations, relationships, and the moments that bring us together. When hearing becomes difficult, it can sometimes lead to frustration, loneliness, or feelings of isolation.

Taking care of your mental health looks different for everyone. Whether it's making time for yourself, reaching out to someone you care about, or paying attention to changes in your hearing, even small steps can make a difference.

Call to schedule your complementary hearing screening or book your appointment online at www.beltone.com.

Hearing loss isn't always about volume. Sometimes, it's about clarity.

Have you ever heard someone talking but struggled to understand what they were saying, especially in a crowded restaurant or when there's background noise?

Hearing loss doesn't always mean everything sounds quieter. It can also make it harder to distinguish certain speech sounds, even when voices seem loud enough.

It's easy to blame background noise or assume someone is mumbling. But if you're regularly having trouble following conversations, it could be a sign of hearing loss.

The good news? Understanding what's happening with your hearing starts with a simple step.

Schedule a free hearing screening at your local Beltone and get a clearer picture of your hearing health.

Taking care of yourself means taking care of your mental health, too.

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder to prioritize our mental well-being, check in on the people around us, and recognize that asking for support is an important part of taking care of ourselves.

Today, take a moment to check in with yourself and someone you care about. Sometimes, a simple conversation can make a meaningful difference.

It’s National Fire Prevention Week! 🔥

For people with hearing loss, fire safety may require a little extra planning, especially at night when hearing aids are often removed.

Smoke alarms and fire alert systems are available with features like low-frequency sound, flashing or strobe lights, and bed shakers to help make sure an emergency alert doesn’t go unnoticed.

Take some time this week to make sure your home’s fire safety plan works for everyone in your household. You can also check with your local fire department to see if they’re hosting an open house or community event for Fire Prevention Week. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions, learn about local resources and brush up on fire safety.

We had a great time at AuDacity 2026!

It was a fantastic few days connecting with people from across the audiology community, sharing ideas, learning from one another and catching up with familiar faces.

And yes, the Beltone hat bar was a hit again! 🎩

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, grab a hat and spend some time with us. We loved being part of an event that brings so many people together around the future of hearing healthcare.

Until next time, AuDacity!

We have some exciting news!

Beltone Boost™ Max S has been named a 2026 Hearing Technology Innovator Award winner in the Behind-the-Ear (BTE) category by HearingHealthMatters.org!

Behind every advancement in hearing technology is something even more important: the person wearing it. What matters most is how that technology helps people hear, connect and stay part of the moments that matter in their lives.

We’re thrilled to see Beltone Boost Max S recognized for its innovation and even more excited about what that innovation can mean for people with hearing loss.

This one is definitely worth celebrating! 🏆💙

October is National Audiology Awareness Month and National Protect Your Hearing Month, shining a light on something that deserves the same attention we give the rest of our health: our hearing. 💙

At Beltone, we’re doing our part to keep that light shining.
From introducing Beltone Illuminate™ and continuing ProFit education and training, to connecting with the hearing care community at the International Hearing Society Conference & Expo and bringing people together through our Marketing Summit, there’s been a lot happening across Beltone. We also just wrapped another incredible Hear2End Hunger Food Drive, with participating Beltone locations across the country supporting their local communities.

Keeping the light on hearing health is something we should all be part of. Protect your hearing around loud sounds, pay attention when something doesn’t sound quite right and make hearing health part of the same routine care you give the rest of your health.

And if it’s been a while since you’ve had your hearing checked, October is a great reminder to schedule a complimentary hearing screening at your local Beltone.

Every step helps keep hearing health in the spotlight, not just in October, but all year long.

There’s still time to make a difference! 💙

Our third annual Hear2End Hunger Food Drive wraps up tomorrow, and we’ve loved seeing Beltone Hearing Centers and their communities come together throughout September.

Collection boxes have been filling up across the country, with donations supporting food banks and hunger-relief organizations in the communities our centers serve.

Haven’t had a chance to participate yet? There’s still time! Drop off non-perishable food items at a participating Beltone hearing center through tomorrow, September 30.

Let’s finish Hear2End Hunger strong!

Happy first day of fall! 🍂

A new season brings new beginnings, and there’s a lot happening at Beltone this fall.

We’re celebrating the launch of Beltone Illuminate™ and the difference better hearing can make in everyday life. Our Hear2End Hunger Food Drive is bringing communities together to support local families through the end of September. And we’re celebrating more than a decade of supporting Walk4Hearing and its mission to bring people together around hearing health.

Different moments. One thing at the heart of all of them: connection. To the people we serve, to our communities and to each other.

Fall is just getting started, and we’re excited for all that’s still to come. 🍁

Team Beltone has done it again! 💙👟

That’s 12 years of Team Beltone participating in Walk4Hearing!

We came together in Chicago and participated virtually from communities across the country, all in support of the Hearing Loss Association of America (Official Page) and the hearing loss community.

We walked. We laughed. We spent time together. We got out into our communities. And, most importantly, we helped raise awareness and funds for a cause that means so much to us.

Thank you to everyone who walked, participated virtually, donated, cheered us on and helped make this year so special. We loved seeing Team Beltone show up from near and far!

12 years and counting. See you in 2027!

It’s easy to put off a hearing test—especially when you’re still getting by day to day. 👂💙

But if conversations have started feeling a little harder to follow or you’ve noticed yourself asking “What?” more often, it may be worth checking in on your hearing.

A simple hearing evaluation can give you a better understanding of where your hearing stands and what options, if any, may be right for you.

Our team is here to make the process comfortable, easy, and personalized to you.

Hearing changes often happen gradually, which means you may not notice them right away. 👂

Maybe you’re asking people to repeat themselves more often, having a harder time following conversations in noisy places, or turning the TV up a little louder than you used to.

Those small moments can add up. If any of these signs sound familiar, a hearing evaluation can help you better understand where your hearing stands.

Our team is here to help you stay connected to the conversations and moments that matter most. 💙

💙 The Gift of Better Hearing 💙

One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping someone reconnect with the people and sounds that matter most.

I had the privilege of fitting a very deserving patient with hearing aids provided at no cost through the Beltone Hearing Foundation.

The Beltone Hearing Foundation helps individuals with hearing loss who may not otherwise have access to the hearing care and technology they need. Through this wonderful program, qualifying individuals can receive hearing aids that can truly make a difference in their everyday lives.

I’m honored to be able to participate in this program and personally fit and care for patients who receive this incredible gift. Seeing the smile on someone’s face when they realize how much they’ve been missing is a reminder of why I love what I do. ❤️

A very special thank you to the Beltone Hearing Foundation for helping us change lives—one patient, one family, and one conversation at a time.

👂 Protect your balance. Protect your brain.

Hearing treatment does more than improve your hearing, it sharpens your mind, reduces “senior moments,” and keeps your reflexes quick. The result? Better awareness, safer steps, and fewer falls.

✅ Hearing care is brain care. And brain care keeps you on your feet, living longer, safer, and more independently.

Hearing Health Tip

If you find yourself avoiding restaurants because conversations are difficult to follow, it may not be "just getting older."

Difficulty hearing in background noise is often one of the earliest signs of hearing loss.

A hearing evaluation can help identify what's going on.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from Carol Bashuk Hearing Centers powered by Beltone! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate our nation’s freedom and the blessings of family, friends, and community.

As you enjoy cookouts, parades, and fireworks, remember that protecting your hearing is just as important as protecting your eyes from the sun. Fireworks are beautiful—but they can also be loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage. Consider wearing hearing protection and keeping a safe distance, especially for children.

We are also incredibly grateful to the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Thank you for your sacrifice and dedication.

From our family to yours, we wish you a safe, healthy, and Happy Independence Day!
