Handrail sections fabricated for a work platform. Customer requested that the railing ends facing the tank are adjustable and locking to accomadate varying tank diameters.

All components prefabricated in-house then installed using bolted connections. Handrails painted with 2 part epoxy coating.

Vibratory hopper maintenance and repair.

Original design failed and led to cracking along welded areas of gussets, beams, and cap plates. 3/8” thick cap plates were replaced with 1” thick material. Short columns added to beams to reduce strain on previously cracked areas. All cracks ground and 3/8” plates added to web of columns.

All coatings to be performed by maintenance at facility

For our friends in the concessions world, an 8’ x 20’ all aluminum marquee along with removable light fixtures and made to order rear mounted utility boxes for electrical and Bag in Box pop storage.

When erected, the marquee stands at 16’ 4” and folds to 12’ 2” for transportation. It’s currently in operation at the Ohio State Fair.

All design, fabrication, and welding was handled in house
