We’re excited to dive into a comprehensive overhaul on this 1985 CB50HP. Our customer secured a great deal on this used boiler and came to us to prepare it to put back into service!

Technicians in our Portland, ME location are gearing up for a full cleaning, gasket replacement, conversion to oil, controls replacement and a full retube.

Progress continues on the newest addition to our rental fleet! This 150HP Cleaver Brooks firetube got a new stainless steel feed tank last week. Our team is working hard to complete this build and get this boiler on the road with the others!

This week we loaded up our 4000MBH Rental Clearfire boiler at our Portland, ME office to ship out to a customer in New York who needed heat in a hurry!

A broken fuel cam spring on this Cleaver-Brooks hot water FLX caused the boiler to run fuel rich. Our technicians replaced the fuel cam, opened the panels, and cleaned the tubes before reassembling and putting back into service. Good work, team!

This Cleaver-Brooks 100HP hot water boiler hasn’t run in a few years and our techs were called in to clean it up and get it back into service to give this site back its redundancy! A good cleaning and a few new parts and this boiler will be up and running in no time!

Last week, members of our team were on site in Albany, NY for a two-day comprehensive training for the New York State Office of General Services. We had a great day of classroom presentations on Tuesday followed by a site visit Wednesday with some integrated hands-on learning.
