🎉 We’re excited to announce Sofiya Pashchuk as our new Territory Sales Manager for Upstate New York 🎉

Sofiya joins the role after serving as a Sales Admin in our lab, where she spent two years gaining a deep understanding of lab operations and the support our customers and sales reps need to succeed. In her new role, she is most excited to get out into the field, meet customers, strengthen existing relationships, and build new, long-lasting ones.

Outside of work, Sofiya enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their dog Luna 🐾, and their families. She is guided by the belief that “Change is scary, but change is growth” - a mindset that reflects her willingness to embrace challenges and strive for continued success.

US Optical won the Team Collaboration award for our FTC (frame to come) Launch Project. We made a change to speed up the process for FTC jobs for our customers and were recognized in 2025 for working across multiple levels of the organization to ensure our customers continue to receive the fastest service possible from USO!

We’re excited to share that our Continuous Improvement Engineer, Dion Skaltsas, has successfully completed his internship and has accepted an offer to join the team as a Production Supervisor.
