⭐ Celebrity status: Technician Edition! ⭐

During Homecoming Week, Deacan’s school had a “Celebrity Day” - a day to dress up as the person you most admire or someone you consider a celebrity.

Well, we have to say…Deacan understood the assignment! 😄

Instead of choosing a movie star, athlete or famous musician, Deacan chose someone pretty special to him: his dad, Tyler, one of our Schenectady technicians! ❤️

And he didn’t just dress like Dad…he went full T&J technician - complete with the uniform, name patch and T&J hat! 🧢🔧

We are absolutely flattered and think he looks pretty darn great! It’s moments like this that remind us that what we do is about so much more than equipment - it’s about the people, families and pride behind T&J.

Thanks for letting us share this awesome photo, Deacan! We think you picked a pretty great celebrity. 😉💙

Manufacturing doesn't move itself.

It takes people.

People who move products.
People who keep equipment running.
People who load, unload, deliver and organize.
People who show up every day and keep things moving.

At T&J, we're proud of the people behind the work - and the role we play in supporting the manufacturers, warehouses and businesses that keep our region moving.

Today, on National Manufacturing Day, we're celebrating the people who make it happen.

Thank you for keeping things moving.
