WAREHOUSE MANAGER
FULL TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-5pm
The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts.
Communication with management and team members
Coordinate with shipping/receiving management
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. * Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
Executes maintenance activities when needed.
Create and maintain organizational goals including policy writing and implementation.
Improve processes by implementing new practices such as barcoding, QC standards, etc.
Lead and direct the work of other employees.

Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Motivate staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintain excellent warehouse condition (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Pick-up or delivery of materials in company vehicle as needed.
Ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment is performed in a timely manner.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Good work ethic
Logical/Mathematical intelligence
Prior experience in the Fastener industry is desirable, but not required; eagerness to learn about the industry and business is a must.
Forklift experience preferred
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
Supervisory experience is mandatory
