National Boss Day!

A great boss is about more than just being a boss and Rob is a perfect example of that!

Rob has always been the kind of boss who goes beyond the job title. Whether it’s lending a hand, looking out for his crew, or keeping everyone’s bellies full with his homemade meals, he’s always finding ways to take care of his people. We’re lucky to have someone who cares not only about the work we do, but also about the people doing it.

It’s also great to see Carter and Mandi following right in his footsteps at J&R Rental! Watching them carry on his work ethic, leadership, and commitment to the company is something special. The future is in good hands!

Yesterday, Rob celebrated his birthday, and we couldn’t let the occasion pass without giving him a little recognition of his own. Happy Belated Birthday, Rob! Thanks for everything you do for our crew and for making J&R Rental a great place to be!

It takes a lot of teamwork to bring a project of this scale to life.

We are proud to have played a role in the construction of A.Y. McDonald’s new state-of-the-art brass foundry. Getting to see their project progress from the early stages to what it became is something we’re truly thankful for.

A big thank you to everyone involved for thinking of J&R Rental when it came to your equipment rental needs. We appreciate the trust you place in us and the opportunity to play a part in projects like this.

Thank you for choosing J&R Rental!

🚛 DRIVER APPRECIATION WEEK! 🚛

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Nate!

Nate has been with J&R Rental for 2.5 years, and in that time he’s become an important part of our team. His journey began in the wash bay, where he took pride in keeping our equipment clean and looking its best. Today, Nate is behind the wheel, helping keep that equipment moving and our customers taken care of.

But what makes having Nate on the J&R team special goes beyond the driving and deliveries. We appreciate Nate for who he is - his attitude, his willingness to learn, and the way he continues to grow within the business. It’s guys like Nate who help make J&R Rental more than just a workplace.

Thank you, Nate, for all the work you put in and the miles you travel. We’re proud to have you as part of the J&R Rental family!

🚛 DRIVER APPRECIATION WEEK! 🚛

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Andrew!

Andrew has been a part of the J&R Rental team for 2.5 years, and we’re thankful for all the hard work he puts in day after day. From the early mornings and long hours to the many miles spent on the road, Andrew plays an important role in keeping our equipment and deliveries moving. His dedication and willingness to put in the work help keep things running smoothly for both our team and our customers.

There’s a lot more to being a driver than just getting from point A to point B. It takes dependability, patience, and a commitment to getting the job done right - and Andrew brings that to the table every day.

We appreciate Andrew for everything he does as a driver, but even more so for who he is as a person – the kind of guy he is, the attitude he brings, and the way he’s become a valued part of the J&R family.
