Peak is pleased to announce the hiring of Staff Scientist Francesca Molee. Francesca is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Ecology and Field Biology, and a Minor in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Francesca has field work, water and soil/sediment sampling, and data management experience along with ArcGIS. At Rochester Institute of Technology, she was a Teaching Assistant, Lab Mentor, and Research Assistant. As a Staff Scientist, she will complete health and safety training and enter Peak’s technical training program. We are happy to have her as part of the team!

Peak is pleased to announce the hiring of Project Scientist II Dayann Vindas. Dayann is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Geoscience and a minor in Environmental Science. Dayann has nearly 4 years of environmental consulting experience supporting environmental due diligence, site investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects in New Jersey. She has experience in preparing proposals, coordinating field activities and sampling plans, and preparing technical reports and regulatory submittals under NJDEP programs. We are happy to have her as part of the team!

One of Peak's project teams went on a fishing trip for some fun in the sun and team building! They sailed on the Miss Belmar, a 120 foot party boat and caught several fish including Sea Bass and Ling. Gavin Steward had the hot hand with catching 4 Ling and Joe Romeo caught the biggest Sea Bass on the boat.

Peak is happy to welcome back Intern Meredith Thayer! Over the past two years, Meredith has been a valuable contributor during her internships. Meredith has completed her 8-hour OSHA refresher in addition to already having her 24-hour OSHA. Meredith is excited to engage in more field work to expand her knowledge of groundwater and soil sampling methodologies and protocols. Her assistance is much appreciated by Peak!
