Desired Abilities:

- Run a CNC Lathe or CNC Mill
- Read/understand a blueprint
- Use certain inspection equipment(ie: micrometer, caliper, gage pins, height stand)
- Self-motivated
- Able to setup/change over a CNC Lathe or CNC Mill
- Takes direction when needed
