· Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality standards

· Troubleshoot issues and communicate with maintenance teams

Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual

In this position, you will become our mixologist. We are seeking someone that is detailed oriented, good with numbers and wants to be a positive addition to our Team. You will be responsible for the mixing area, which we will be setting up a completely new setup over the next few months. Physical requirements include shifting drums of raw materials around and must be willing to become forklift certified. All in a CLIMATE CONTROLLED facility with a joyful work environment.

We are seeking a , Monday to Thursday and sometimes Friday. This role will receive an hourly wage.

Responsibilities:
· Operate safely automated and semi-automated production equipment including mixers, fillers, cappers, and labelers.

· You will be responsible for the mixing area soely, meaning you will be responisble for ensuring the line operators always have product to run and keeping the tanks full for production.

· Follow directions on production tickets supplied by Operation or their Supervisor in an accurate and timely manner.

· Be knowledgeable about what tanks are suitable for what product and to be able to advise Operations or their Supervisor about this when necessary.

· Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

· Knowledge of ingredients, storage and amounts.

· Comply with ticket for ingredients and quality.

· Set numerical goal for the day and reach it while maintaining quality.

· Problem solving, advise maintenance or the lab of relevant issues which may arise.

· Constant drive for improvement and smoothness in transition between jobs.

· Attend all work shifts reliably and with punctuality.

· Follow all safety policies and procedures.

· Perform data entry regarding production and warehouse orders.

· Willingness to work extra hours when required.

· Must be able to show up to work every scheduled work day!

Qualifications:

· Extremely reliable and punctual

· Able to communicate in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension

· Strong safety orientation.

· Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions

· Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the majority of a ten-hour shift without strain or injury

· Ability to lift to 50lbs consistently to chest height

· Math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing

· A proactive work style that focuses on serving the customers

· Experience with large batches of liquid, powder, or similar products is helpful

· Forklift experience will be considered an asset

· Physical requirements include shifting drums of raw materials around and must be willing to become forklift certified
