Help Wanted: Manufacturing Draftsman (Steel Fabrication)
We are a growing steel fabrication company seeking an experienced Manufacturing Draftsman to join our team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will create detailed fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and assembly drawings for structural steel and custom metal projects. This role is critical in ensuring accurate production and successful project ex*****on.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Draftsman in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency with SolidWorks (3D modeling and detailing required)
Hands-on experience with steel fabrication processes, materials, and shop practices
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Familiarity with welding symbols, tolerances, and manufacturing standards
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ) is a plus
Knowledge of nesting software
Relevant certification or technical degree in drafting, mechanical engineering, or related field
