This new custom residence in Edgemont cleared DRB, and the team is pivoting straight into permit drawings so we can stay ahead of the snow.

Mountain modern volumes, warm wood, stacked stone, and deep overhangs nestled in the pines — the kind of coordinated detail that only works when architecture and structure are solving it together from day one.

Because both disciplines live under one roof at RA+A, we can turn approvals into permit-ready sets faster — tighter coordination, fewer handoffs, and a clearer path from design intent to buildable drawings.

🎉 RA+A received unanimous final design approval for a carefully crafted custom home at Twin Buttes.

The lot was a challenge, but the design team nailed it 🔨: butte views, large boulders incorporated into outdoor spaces, and a solar-harvesting orientation that capitalizes on all of the best features of the site.
