At FabLogix we have a dedicated crew of what we lovingly call our Tetris Masters.

Their job? To load every truck that leaves our facility with the same precision, care, and craftsmanship that goes into every spool we build.

Our loading team treats every truck like a puzzle worth solving: 🧩

It's not glamorous work. But it is skilled work — and we treat it that way.

Hat tip to the loading crew. The unsung heroes of every on-time, damage-free delivery. 👏

Culture isn't a poster on the wall.

But sometimes, a well-placed reminder is exactly what keeps a culture alive.

At FabLogix we maintain a dedicated Quality & Safety Culture Board on our shop floor — and it's one of the most important tools we have. Not because of what's on it, but because of what it represents.

Every person who walks through our doors — whether it's their first day or their fifteenth year — passes that board. And it asks the same question of everyone:

Are you bringing your best today?

Here's what our culture board does that a safety meeting alone can't:

⭐ IT KEEPS STANDARDS VISIBLE

Procedures live in binders. Culture lives on the floor. Our board puts our quality and safety expectations in plain sight — metrics, reminders, near-miss learnings, and recognition — where the work actually happens.

⭐ IT BRIDGES NEW HIRES AND VETERANS

A new pipefitter learning the trade and a 20-year welder approaching retirement are looking at the same board. That shared reference point matters. It says: these standards aren't for some people — they're for all of us, all the time.

⭐ IT EVOLVES WITH US

Our board isn't static. It reflects what's happening in our shop right now — current project milestones, recent inspection results, safety observations, and shoutouts to team members who exemplified our standards. It's a living document of who we are.

⭐ IT MAKES CULTURE TANGIBLE

Anyone can say safety and quality are priorities. We put it on the wall, we talk about it in toolbox talks, we reinforce it in every pre-shift huddle, and we hold each other accountable to it — from the shop floor to the front office.

The best pipe we've ever fabricated wasn't built by procedures alone. It was built by people who genuinely cared about the person downstream who would depend on that weld.

That's what our culture board reminds us of. Every single day.

What happens before the welding starts determines everything about the quality of what gets delivered.

At FabLogix, we've built two systems that most clients never see — but that every client benefits from on every project.

OUR DEDICATED RECEIVING TEAM

When a truck pulls up to our dock, it's met by a team whose only job is to make sure what's on that trailer is exactly what it's supposed to be.

Every heat number is logged. Every mill cert is verified. Every piece of pipe, fitting, and fl**ge is inspected against the purchase order before it's accepted into our system. Material that doesn't meet our incoming standards doesn't enter our shop — it gets quarantined, documented, and resolved.

This isn't a step we skip when we're busy. It's the foundation of everything that follows.

OUR CUSTOM-BUILT ERP SYSTEM

We outgrew generic software fast. So we built our own — designed from the ground up around how a pipe fabrication shop actually operates.

Today, our ERP manages:

✅ Material allocation tied directly to spool and isometric drawings
✅ Real-time heat traceability from receiving dock to final weld joint
✅ Inventory visibility across every project running simultaneously
✅ Weld documentation, NDE status, and PWHT tracking in a single system
✅ Automated data books that are accurate, complete, and ready at turnover

No spreadsheets. No chasing paper certs. No surprises at closeout.

When clients ask us how we maintain traceability across complex, multi-material projects — this is the answer.

We didn't buy efficiency. We built it.

Big pipe. Big welds. Big responsibility.

At FabLogix large bore carbon steel fabrication isn't something we occasionally do — it's a core capability we've built our shop around.

Large bore work is where fabrication efficiency is won or lost. A poorly planned large bore spool can consume days of labor. A well-planned one — with the right equipment, the right procedures, and the right team — moves through the shop on schedule and on budget.

We've built our workflows, our equipment fleet, and our team around doing large bore carbon steel work the right way — efficiently, safely, and to code.

If your project requires large diameter pipe on it, let's talk.

“I love it here.”

For Liliana, it’s the people that make the difference—easy to talk to, always willing to help, and never afraid to take the time to explain things the right way.

And the culture? She says it’s over the roof.

If you’re looking for a place where you feel supported and can grow your skills, you’ll fit right in.

For Maico, it’s the people—and everything you learn from them.

At FabLogix, knowledge isn’t kept to yourself. It’s shared, passed down, and built on every day in the shop.

That’s what makes it a great place to work—and a place to grow.

Ammonia doesn't forgive mistakes. Neither do we.

Some of the most technically demanding work we do at FabLogix involves fabricating piping systems for ammonia service — and when dissimilar materials enter the picture, it becomes a true test of our team's craft and knowledge.

Why is it so complex?

Ammonia is aggressive. It will find every weakness — in material selection, in joint design, in weld quality. We work predominantly with carbon steel and stainless steel in these systems.

Then there's the dissimilar metal challenge.

Welding two different base materials together isn't just a matter of striking an arc. Our welders are qualified to specific Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) developed and tested for each unique material combination. Filler metal selection is critical. Thermal expansion differences must be accounted for in design. Heat treatment requirements are managed by material — not by assumption.

Behind every weld we make is an invisible checkpoint — and that's exactly how it should be.

At FabLogix, Radiographic Testing (RT) is a standard part of our NDE process on the majority of our pipe fabrication projects. It's not just a quality requirement — it's our commitment to the integrity of every system we build.

What does that mean in practice?

✅ Strict radiation safety protocols followed before every shoot
✅ Licensed radiographers and certified personnel ONLY in the exposure area
✅ Rope barriers, signage, and radiation surveys conducted to protect all personnel on site
✅ Full compliance with NRC, OSHA, and client-specific radiation protection programs

The yellow and magenta "CAUTION – RADIATION AREA – AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" barrier you see isn't just a formality. It's a boundary that reflects our culture: we don't cut corners, not in our welds and not in our safety.

RT gives us — and our clients — confidence that what's inside the pipe is just as strong as what's on the outside. No voids. No porosity. No cracks. Just quality.

Proud of the team that shows up every day, respects the process, and delivers work that passes the toughest scrutiny — including the kind that requires a film badge to be in the room.
