This week, a few members of our leadership team attended the MHI Annual Conference in Palm Springs, California!

We are thankful to be members of the Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA) and for the opportunity to connect with other industry leaders, continue learning, and work together to better serve our customers and the industry as a whole.

At Engineered Systems, safety is an important part of every stage of the job.

Our fabricators are welding gussets, diaphragms, and side plates inside a confined space within a box girder crane. Working in this environment requires additional safety measures to help protect our people throughout the fabrication process.

Our team is equipped with the necessary PPE, including welding helmets with proper air filtration and harnesses for emergency rescue. A safety monitor remains outside the confined space while continuous atmospheric monitoring is performed to track conditions inside the box girder. Ventilation equipment is also used to circulate clean air and help remove welding fumes from the work area.

Projects like these highlight both the capabilities of our fabrication team and our commitment to performing the work safely.

Thank you to the CMCO team for spending the day with us yesterday!

It was a great opportunity for our people to learn more about CMCO, connect with the team, and gain additional product knowledge through several breakout sessions.

We are proud of and thankful for our Archdale, NC team as they continuously look for ways to serve their community.

Every year, one of our lead technicians helps lead an effort to distribute backpacks and school supplies in a low-income district in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our Archdale team came together and gave their own time, finances, and supplies to help fill the backpacks for local students. This year, they handed out 100 backpacks!

At Engineered Systems, we love to stand beside and support our people as they find ways to serve their communities. We are encouraged to see our employees come together and care for one another beyond the workplace.
