As the cool weather hits, we see an increase in activity. Everyone feels that urgency to wrap up their outdoor projects. They also turn on the heat and sometimes discover things aren’t working the same as before. After spending more time indoors, the projects once put off until “next winter” pop up onto the radar again.

There are all sorts of reasons why a customer could reach out to us, but not everyone knows what those reasons are (what we can do).

First and foremost we are a union HVAC contractor. We work on commercial, light industrial and residential projects. We do all sorts of custom fabrication, welding, are NSF certified (which allows us to do the stainless work for commercial kitchens, food trucks/trailers), and so much more.

Annual audit time!!

12 years of NSF audits and today was yet another pass with flying……✅✅✅

This very strict guideline certification is an important one for us because it allows us to offer services such as custom counters, tables, sinks, hoods, and shelving; as examples.

Additionally, we can complete the repairs needed to your kitchen, food trailer, food truck, your bar or restaurant equipment when an item has failed. Because we all know that the legs can get loose and wobbly, or worse, when they plain break off those darn tables. And the sinks get cracks in them too. Lots of items you use daily often just wear out and need some love. That’s where we come in!!

We are proud of the work we have done for countless locations within the Twin Ports and far beyond the surrounding area. Please know we appreciate each and every one of you for your business over the years!! 👏👏

In the words of Mark it’s “shop takeover”! ⚒️
We have had an influx of shop projects lately and it’s been great to meet companies from the surrounding area and out of town as well. We truly appreciate getting to work with all of you. Thank you! 👍

Pictured are some of the recent flashings, cap pieces and custom keepers. I even threw in one of our measure, fab, paint and install projects at the recently opened Lakeview apartments in downtown Duluth. 🏢 We were also fortunate to fabricate thousands of feet of flashings (and miscellaneous cap, keeper, etc.) for that project as well.

And toss in a custom built adjustable boat house support. 🚤 Because who doesn’t need one of those?!

Cheers to 13 Years! 🎉👏

We have seen many changes over the past 13 years and that trend isn’t slowing down any time soon.

From working out of the garage and office at our first shop location in Gnesen Township; to the next location in the Lincoln Park Craft District (before it was even called that at the time), which has served us well for the past decade, to our future home in Superior, Wisconsin.

Each change brings new goals to meet, its own set of challenges, but most importantly, opportunities!!

We thank every single one of our vendors, suppliers, business partners, fellow general contractors and subcontractors that we work with daily for the relationships we have formed. We also thank our wonderful customers for their business, whether you are a new first time client, or have been with us since day one, it means so much. Additionally we thank our friends and family that support us with your words of encouragement or a simple thumbs up. We appreciate it!
