FLASH radiotherapy is transforming cancer treatment, delivering radiation in milliseconds rather than minutes, with remarkable reductions in healthy tissue damage while preserving tumor-killing efficacy.

Researchers at Queen's University Belfast will share their pioneering work with one of the first Xstrahl FLASH systems, installed in 2023, exploring:

▶ Fundamental dosimetry & characterisation of a photon-based FLASH system
▶ Normal tissue sparing in superficial and deep-seated preclinical models
▶ Key steps in translating FLASH from bench to bedside

Join us tomorrow to learn more about the forefront of preclinical FLASH research!

🔬 Happy !

Behind every treatment breakthrough is a team of researchers and clinicians who asked a bold question, and then built the evidence to answer it.

We’re proud to support that journey from both sides of the beam.

Thank you to every researcher, clinician, and patient who makes clinical trials possible.

Exciting news from Down Under! 🦘

We’re excited to share the news of the successful installation of a SARRP at The Kids Research Institute Australia, a world-class facility dedicated to improving the lives of children through groundbreaking research.

Our Global Applications Lead, Wilfried Goetz, made the journey from the US to Perth to ensure this installation was done right. Wilfried made sure that every stage of calibration, commissioning, and applications training was executed to Xstrahl’s standard of excellence.

A huge thank you to Bobby Nasr and the team at TrendBio Pty Ltd for their outstanding partnership throughout this project. It’s always a pleasure working alongside such dedicated professionals to bring cutting-edge technology to researchers who are making a real difference.

We can’t wait to see the incredible science this system enables. Here’s to advancing pediatric research, one installation at a time!
