After many ups and downs in our journey we are officially under contract on our new home.
134 Glenbrook Dr. in Grenada, MS will be where we finish the steps of processing and recovery and where we begin to take our lives back.
There are so many people that deserve the spotlight during this time. From the friends and family, the fire fighters that fought so hard for us strangers. Our neighbors, Mallory for allowing us to stay in her house.
There is no possible way I could capture everyone that deserves it.
This post is going to shine a spotlight on two women. 1st - my wife Meggie Mckay. You are the glue that has held it all together. 2nd - Perrin Clausel. She has been the most amazing realtor that anyone could possibly ask for. Have you ever meet someone that did a job and it is as though that is what they were born to do? That is Perrin. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like you are the most important person when she is with you.
Perrin you have made this process amazing. Neither Meggie or I could ever thank you enough.

What has been going on with us lately? Well, quotes came back way higher than we expected or felt comfortable paying.
We put in an offer on a house and we are under contract. The plan, as for now, is to build out of pocket in a cpl of years.

Rebuilding is put on hold due to the weather being a cold hearted turd💩. Just looking for 75 and sunny. Is that too much to ask?

Self thought here: buying is probably a better option at this point. Ha ha.
