Last month, our team attended the Southern Utah branch awards for American Public Works Association and American Society of Civil Engineers. We were honored to receive the APWA & ASCE Project of the Year Award for Ash Creek project. We were excited to celebrate alongside our exceptional project partners: , RB&G Engineering, , Harward and Rees, , and Feller Enterprises.

We also brought home the ASCE Engineering Innovation Award for the North Industrial Debris Basin project for the and NRCS, alongside our partner .

Big milestone in southern Utah! 🎉

We joined Ash Creek Special Service District, , and to celebrate the new Confluence Park Water Reclamation Facility in La Verkin.

Utah’s first to use the aerated granular sludge treatment process, this plant boosts efficiency and supports long‑term sustainability, built for 1.5 MGD and expandable to 3.5.

BC&A offers a broad range of environmental services, including regulatory permitting, field surveys, wetland delineations, biological assessments, and NEPA compliance.

Our team recently completed Section 404 permitting, a NEPA Environmental Assessment, and wetland mitigation for the expansion of the Bear Lake Marina on the west side of Bear Lake. BC&A provided full environmental support to Kimley Horn, Utah State Parks, and DFCM through permitting and compliance coordination for this project.

This work demonstrates our understanding of what is required to successfully deliver complex projects in environmentally sensitive settings, including navigating permitting pathways, coordinating with agencies, and integrating mitigation in a way that supports timely and compliant project delivery.🌿
