WEBINAR: Context-as-a-Service for Telco-grade AI: Network Automation shouldn't be a pain in the graph

Automation tools, stacks and strategies are evolving rapidly with the rise of Generative AI and Agentic AI. Telcos are struggling to keep up while maintaining a coherent architecture. It’s widely understood that graphs are central to grounding AI with domain context, but not all graph technologies are created equal. This talk will explore the rising expectations for autonomous networking and the foundational requirements. The presenters will objectively compare the different types of graph technologies (Semantic Web, Labeled Property Graphs and SQL-based approaches) from a functional and operational perspective so network engineers can understand the affordances and constraints of each. The session will include a demonstration “Context-as-a-Service” showing how a Telecom Ontology can project a TMF ODA-based inventory over a Snowflake warehouse and expose Open APIs to Agents via the MCP protocol through a secure gateway.
