Most people will complain easily but will not let you know of their satisfaction. I am a proponent of giving positive feedback when it's due. I am so grateful for you and your team's honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and technical ability when it came to my concerns. You could have attempted to take advantage of a decorated Veterans situation, you didn't. You could have overcharged me, you didn't. You could have talked down to me about the situation, you didn't. What you did was lifted the weight of the world off of my shoulders. You just gained a customer FOR LIFE. Please remain honest, there aren't enough quality shops like yours in this world. I have a few vehicles and will schedule in the next several weeks for more services from your shop. I know a lot of Veterans and will speak highly of you during our meetings. Thank you for putting me at ease during this small life crisis.

Did you know that we often do performance work and lift kits? Check out this gorgeous 2004 Excursion V-10 owned by Ronnie Wuest. Ronnie had us install a Skyjacker Soft Ride 6” lift system with their optional dual stabilizer shock setup. Furr’s Tire of Dover wrapped his wheels with 35” BF Goodrich All Terrains. We love the way this looks and rides. Thanks Ronnie for bringing it to us!

We want to take a moment to thank everyone that has taken advantage of our pick up and delivery service. It seems to be a very popular option and we are considering continuing this policy even after the covid 19 scare is over. Thank you all again and please know we are eager to help where we can. Like everyone else, we are closely monitoring covid 19 and following the precautionary guidelines that have been established by our governor. We are still open and here to service your vehicles. We have plenty of disinfectant on hand to sterilize your vehicle before and after service and we are offering free vehicle pick up and drop off for any vehicles in need of service in the following zip codes:
