Sometimes a large budget just isn’t an option and we have to refurbish what’s already in place. This deck was almost a lost one. I elevated the deck back to a level platform in the center where the sag was. Install all new supports. Made an extension to connect the pool next to it, I also trimmed the deck boards to meet flush around the pool edge. After that we got a new concrete pad and stringer set in place with a beautiful gate and hand rail system. So instead of a large bill, we were able to keep the price low and still ensure this deck has years to come. Let me know if your deck is a sinking ship and I’ll fly your way!

Old windows starting to dull your view on life? I can help you get those swapped out and resealed. This was a full redo, so I redid the trim inside and out and replaned, stained, and sealed the casing inside. Bringing the original hardwood back to its vibrant self. No sense in having a beautiful new window installed and leaving the old weathered casing in place. let us know if we can brighten your view!

I do free inspections and can have your roof secure and leak free in no time. Countertops are chopping block and the insides have an arrangements of custom inserts including pull out shelves, pull out pan drawers, hidden drawers, pull carts, and pull out slice racks. Sometimes windows leak, and damage the wood floor beneath. Instead of replacing the entire floor, try this. I made a wood rug using tongue and groove flooring and trimmed it out using some of the original flooring. Not only did it solve the issue while being budget friendly. It also made a nice display for the couch haha. Let us know if your floors need help!

New deck patio cover. Customer was needing some shade for the sunny days so I installed this roof and made her steps more senior friendly by shortening the rise on each step. The entire roof is finished out with a vynil interior and metal roofing to finish. The support beam had been completely sealed and covered using PVC materials to help prevent aging, rot, and pests. This sunroom was sinking fast. Had to swap out all the old supports. Originally 4x4 posts were sank 12” and concrete sloppily poured on top. The end result was the deck literally sinking into the ground 6”. So I got the deck level, removed all the old supports, poured 12” pier post forms 2’ deep and used anchor brackets to secure the new 6x6 support posts. Now their deck should stay level for decades to come. Let us know if you have any decking needs!

Another custom vanity being installed in a full gut bathroom remodel. From floor to ceiling was redone and the outcome was tremendous. The vanity is solid maple, with custom stamped tin doors and a chopping block top. We used a blown glass sink with well handle faucet for a truly amazing end product. This bathroom is vibrant from head to tow with white PVC Trim and crown molding, luxury pvc floors, new tun insert with barn style rolling glass doors and a beautiful chandelier to bring it all to light. Ergonomically made bookshelf with illuminated display shelf. Made of solid poplar from local mills. Each piece was hand picked, and planed. Installed with fall straps and made to withstand weight for generations to come. Structure has been completely glued and pocket screwed and completely trimmed out for a sleek smooth finish.
