What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔️ Cut, shape, and assemble steel components
✔️ Fit and install beams, columns, and structural steel members
✔️ Use fabrication tools, torches, drills, and welding equipment
✔️ Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience as a Structural Steel Fitter or similar construction/fabrication role
✅ Knowledge of metal fabrication and welding processes
✅ Strong attention to detail and accurate measuring skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment
✅ Dependable, hardworking, and safety-minded
✅ Certifications in welding or steel fabrication are a plus
Job Requirements:
🔹 Must be able to work 40–48 hours per week depending on workload
🔹 Must report to work on time and ready to work
🔹 Must be able to follow directions and safety procedures
🔹 PPE required at all times
Work Environment:
This position is based in a fabrication shop and may involve working in varying temperatures and conditions throughout the year.
