Complete day-to-day secretarial duties during the course of the busy time of day to include, but not limited to:
*Greet and announce customers
*Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails
*File, fax, copy and type documents
*Monitor office and shop supplies for reorder as needed
*Write and maintain work orders for jobs in shop area
*Process out going shipments to customers and receive/notify when shipments come from vendors
*Maintain and update print books for completed jobs
*Clean Front Office, Bathrooms, Waiting Room, and Break areas including, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.
*Maintain Customer list and update or confirm information as needed
*Generate spreadsheets for management
*Receive payments for completed work
*Invoice completed jobs as needed
*Maintain MSDS books as needed
Complete Accounts Payable/ Receivable duties to include, but not limited to:
* Inputting and paying bills to vendors
* Managing Accounts Receivable, collecting and documenting customer payments
*Posting daily banking transactions and making bank runs
* Running end of month reports and posting for accountant
*Posting tax payments
*Managing Payroll on a weekly basis
