Looking for 2 Powder coating Technicians!

These are full-time, on-site powder coating tech role based in Dorchester WI. The powder coating techs will prepare metal parts and components for coating, including cleaning, masking, hanging, and inspection before and after finishing. The role involves operating powder coating equipment, applying coatings to specified thickness and equipment checks, maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow all safety procedures and production schedules. This position works closely with other production team members to meet daily output goals and ensure products are finished accurately and on time.

Qualifications include:

Ability to read basic work orders, follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain attention to detail for part preparation and coating quality.

Comfort with operating hand tools, spray equipment, and production machinery, with a focus on a safe work practice.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move parts, and work in a fast-paced production setting.

Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn powder coating processes and the quality standards; prior coating or painting experience is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on the job training can and will be provided.

Starting pay 22.00-24.00 per hour starting based on experience.
