We talk to a lot of equipment dealer owners, and the same question comes up again and again:

"Will the system we choose today still make sense in ten years?"

It's a fair thing to ask. Nobody wants to rip out their tech stack every few years just to keep pace with the industry.

That's exactly what we built to solve. It runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365, so all the work Microsoft pours into cloud, AI, and machine learning quietly becomes your dealership's advantage too. You're not betting on one vendor keeping the lights on. You're building on a foundation that keeps modernizing on its own.

And it's already shaped around how dealers actually work. Not a blank slate. There are 700+ preconfigured processes, 30,000+ users across the industry, and 98% common code across deployments, which is a big reason dealers tend to go live in months instead of years.

What we're proudest of is what it does for the people running the business. Inventory, service, equipment, sales, and rental all live in one place, so leadership finally gets a real-time view instead of waiting on five reports that never quite agree.

Future-proofing was never about chasing every shiny new tool. It's about choosing a foundation that grows with you.

If you're a dealer principal thinking about the next decade, we'd love to compare notes. Reach out, or request a demo at xapt.com.

Technology gets a lot of attention these days. AI, automation, chatbots… all important, all powerful.

But at XAPT, we’ve seen something very clearly over the years: technology works best when it supports people, not replaces them.

Automation helps behind the scenes, making things faster, more accurate, and easier for customers. It can route calls, answer common questions, and pull the right information exactly when it’s needed.

That matters. No one wants to wait on hold for something that could be resolved in seconds.

But the real difference happens when a person steps in.

When a situation is more complex, or a customer is stuck or frustrated, that human connection becomes everything. It’s about listening, understanding, and guiding someone forward.

For us, it’s not about choosing between people or technology. It’s about bringing them together in the right way:
• Prioritizing what matters most
• Making smarter, data-informed decisions
• Helping customers move forward with confidence

We’re always looking for ways to improve that experience too. This year, moving to Zendesk was one step toward making support smoother and more consistent for our customers.

At the end of the day, the goal is simple: use technology to empower people to do what they do best.

And that’s where the real impact happens.

Leadership often shows up in the opportunities you create for others and the impact you leave behind.

Today, we’re closing out this series by highlighting Andronicca Masemola, Chief Executive Officer, Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa.

Throughout her career, Andronicca has found the most meaningful moments in creating access for others within the heavy equipment industry. She takes pride in supporting aspiring leaders and entrepreneurs at critical points in their journeys, whether mentoring women as they build confidence and find their voice, or guiding entrepreneurs who have the vision but need direction on where to start. Opening doors, offering perspective, and watching others grow has been some of the most fulfilling parts of her journey.

In a traditionally male-dominated industry, she has built trust through authenticity, preparation, and consistency. She focuses on doing the work, staying curious, and leading through action. One question she often reflects on is what would be missing if she were not in the room, helping her stay clear on the value she brings and the impact she can make.

Her perspective says it best:
“Success isn’t luck. It’s what happens when you consistently put in the effort to make a difference.”

Grateful to Andronicca for sharing her story and helping us close out this series on such a meaningful note. 👏

Leadership isn’t always about big moments. A lot of the time, it shows up in how you lead day to day, how you support your team, and how you navigate change.🤝

Today, we’re highlighting Priscilla Fuentes, Principal Business Lead at HOLT CAT.

Priscilla brings more than 25 years of experience across multiple functions, including the past 15 years in the heavy construction industry. Today, she’s leading HOLT CAT’s XAPT ERP journey, with a targeted go-live in 2028, guiding teams through a complex transformation while keeping people at the center.

What stands out about Priscilla is her focus on enabling others to do their best work. In an industry where change can be demanding, she prioritizes building trust, aligning teams, and creating clarity even when things feel uncertain.

Outside of her role, she’s also deeply committed to giving back through community work, mentorship, and STEM advocacy, helping others grow with confidence and purpose.

Her advice says it best:
“Focus on being authentic, consistent, and committed to doing the work. Show up prepared. Stay curious. Learn the business. And follow through. Leadership is all about how you show up. When you focus on your growth, your impact, and how you lead every day, opportunities will follow.”

Grateful to Priscilla for sharing her perspective and the impact she continues to make. 👏

Some moments don’t leave much room for trial and error.

Month-end close, numbers not lining up, something off in the system… those aren’t things you can put on hold. You just need to figure it out and move forward. 📊

That’s where having the right support really matters.

Ryan Benincasa, one of our Experienced Support Consultants, said it perfectly:

“Customers rely on us to remain composed, responsive, and solution-focused under pressure,” he says. “While the urgency is higher, the approach remains consistent: prioritize the issue, communicate clearly, and drive resolution efficiently. These moments are where we demonstrate our reliability and reinforce that customers can depend on us when it matters most.”

This is exactly what we aim for at XAPT. Showing up, staying steady, and helping our customers get through those critical moments.

Leadership doesn’t always follow a straight path. Sometimes it’s built over time through consistency, growth, and being open to new challenges.🙌

Today, we’re highlighting Carrie Kaminski, ERP Solution Architect at Gregory Poole Equipment Company.

Carrie started in 1987 as a temp filing time cards, and over the years built a 37-year career that took her through accounting, system conversions, and into leading major transformation projects. From DBS and CODA to AX2012, and most recently serving as Project Manager for the D365 upgrade in 2025, she’s been part of some really important changes for the business.

She also shared how much mentorship has mattered in her journey, especially the impact Tracey Haeseker had in helping her grow and step into new opportunities over time.

What stands out about Carrie is how she approaches her work. She believes in coming prepared, relying on data, and communicating ideas clearly, while also being open to stepping outside her comfort zone when new opportunities come up.

Her advice says it best:
“Let your work and results speak for themselves! Focus on delivering strong outcomes and continuously improving how you communicate and present your ideas. Take every opportunity that comes your way, even when it stretches you beyond your comfort zone. It’s through discomfort that growth, visibility, and leadership take shape.”

Really grateful to Carrie for sharing her story and everything she’s contributed over the years. 👏
