As we expand on our services and production, we decided our name should reflect the broader services we offer and use every day.
Hardin County Manufacturing Company (HarCoMaCo) is our new social media name, and in house part brand.
Whitaker Performance Machining is now operating underneath the umbrella of HarCoMaCo, and will still be utilized for machining services.

Its 9:30pm in the shop, and as we finish up for the day, our FANUC LRmate is busy keeping the mill fed. This setup will run lights out with zero intervention on our end until 4:00am. We have this part running approximately 20-22 hours a day which gives us a massive production increase, while allowing us to handle other tasks in the meantime (as well as get some sleep).
Support American made products with ZERO tariffs, and minimal supply chain issues.

Constantly investing to better serve our customers, we splurged on the Renishaw Probe System for our Haas Mill! Safer, more efficient automation, more consistent parts, and in process inspection to name a few of the things we will be implementing very shortly.

Getting closer to having our Haas Automation, Inc. TM0P automated with our FANUC LRMate 200iD/7L! Doing some process testing at the moment. We're looking forward to the increase in production coming soon!
