Tacked up with MIG but welded out with 7018 low hydrogen for guaranteed strength that will outlast the trailer.

Boat Repair ✅

Got this Gator boat river ready again! Did some welding around the grate on the boat as well as some minor repair on the grate itself. Re-drilled and tapped the boat to accept 7/16” hardware and put it back together with grade 8.

Aluminum boat repair isn’t anything new at Shelton Welding. If you’ve got a boat in need of some repairs give me a shout!

Bush Hog Rebuild ✅

Cut off the bent up sides that were previously 1/8” and replaced with 3/16”. New steel was broke on our press brake and installed making for a stronger and cleaner look vs a traditional butt weld. This old 1020 is ready for work!

Cast aluminum part from a gravel plant over in Iberia! Pre heat, gouged, welded up including the bolt holes, post heat treat, drilled and tapped new threads, new hardware, and out the door.

Peter built came in for some maintenance welding!

85 C10 got full new exhaust, long tube headers and new mufflers!
