Shelmark Engineering's ability to recognize and understand the problematic aspects of individual coastal communities is why we are consistently able to deliver cost effective and constructable projects. These factors include environmental constraints and critical habitats with federal/state regulatory permitting processes; meteorological factors from storm events (high winds and flood loads); floodplain management and mitigation; unique soil characteristics and conditions; and taxed and aged existing infrastructure systems.
