-Total tear out of this bathroom.
-Removed a basic divider wall (non bearing).
-All new PEX water lines.
-New drains to make tie ins.
-Updated lighting, vent and added a heated towel rack.
-Custom 48"x48" walk in corner shower.
-Custom cut glass by SCS Glass (Canfield).
-Freestanding tub with deck mount wand and faucet.
-Partial tile surround for tub and window ledge.
-72" Double bowl Vanity, updated mirrors and lights.
-Matching floor thru room and shower.

Thankful for another Amazing customer from Salem Oh.
-Total tear out of existing kitchen.
-Relocated existing basement steps.
-Added on additional laundry room.
-New water lines and drains to both kitchen and laudry room..
-New Electric to both kitchen and laundry room.
-Everything New from there, subfloor, Lifeproof vinyl plank. Drywall / finish, primer and paint. Custom built cabinets and trim. Solid stone countertop and tile back splash.
-Completely finished and Insulated 2 car Garage (unpictured).

This is one of my favorites!
-Tore down to the studs and floor joists.
-New PEX water lines for the entire house (1905), and two stories. (2½ bath)
-New sink and shower drains.
-New framing for exterior wall and shower.
-New 3/4 subfloor, Schluter ditra membrane, large format tile.
-All new waterproof shower surround materials.
-Turquoise subway tile in a vertical stacked pattern, shower ledge shelf, herrinbone floor tile.
-Delta Champagne Bronze shower trim.
-Wall mount swinging shower door, and single fixed panel.
-Primed and Painted.
-Smart Bluetooth speaker/vent.
-48" vanity, pull down faucet.
-Vanity mirror and lights.
-Kohler Smooth side toilet.

2024 was a fun year to look back on. These are some of our favorites and can't wait til fill our schedule for 2025. If your thinking of having any projects done this year, feel free to reach out to Tim Coffman @ 330-303-9020.
We do all of our own work from start to finish. Full remodel projects, from demo to finish work. We really enjoy bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels. Tile work really drives us to do more with every job, we look forward to new designs!
But we do look forward to warmer weather for decks, doors, windows, siding and metal roofing.

"Making old look great again!"
-Sanded, cleaned, Primed and Painted cabinets.
-Extended upper cabinets to ceiling. Customized cabinet layout.
-New 5" cabinet handles.
-Tore out the old back splash, floated walls.
-Installed new 4"x12" subway tile with light grey grout.
-Neutral tone grey marble countertop all cut by us.
-New stainless sink with commercial faucet and accessories.
-New dishwasher and connections.
-New microwave mounted above stove.
-Added LED under cabinet lighting.
-New 6 inch LED lights in ceiling and one 4 inch LED above the sink.

-New Hardwood floors in a bedroom/ office space.
-New tile floor on top of Schluter membrane.
-Custom vanity top with matching tile and drop in sink bowl.
-Custom built in shelving in closet.
-Fresh paint on ceiling and walls in both rooms.
-Installed existing base trim around the new flooring.
-New bathroom towel fixtures installed.

We wrapped up a TOTAL transformation on this bathroom. This was a very in depth renovation.
(PLEASE ignore all electrical work. Was done by home owner a licensed electrician.)
- Total tear out.
- Leveled and plumbed every wall.
- Doubled up all floor joist to restructure and level floor.
- All new Pex water lines and Pvc drains.
- New subfloor.
- New insulation.
- Framed in existing Doorway leading to 2nd story porch. (Added new Doorway and door coming from a bedroom).
- Installed new drywall and did a smooth compound finish up top with a bead board and chair rail on the lower half.
- Installed vinyl tile, base trim, door trim, window trim.
- Installed free standing soaker tub with floor mounted tub filler and hand wand.
- Installed a flex stone shower surround kit with rainfall shower head, hand wand, recessed niche and a corner bench.
- 24" vanity with a marble top, black faucet, mirror and vanity light.
- New chair height toilet.
- Bifold doors leading into existing closet.

-This started as a total tear out!
-All new subfloor/Lifeproof Vinyl plank.
-All new PEX plumbing and drains all the way to the main.
-New electric throughout with a couple smart outlets, lighting and ceiling vent.
-New drywall with a smooth compound finish, paint.
-Reframed walls to fit a bigger window and bigger door.
-Custom sized vanity/pantry. Custom cut granite top and backslash.
-All new PVC trim.
-4 piece shower system with adjustable corner shelves.

* Total demo on this kitchen
* New top to bottom!
* Subfloor (Removed 6 layers of flooring).
* Added framing throughout the walls to correct improper supports.
* Added insulation in outside walls.
* All new drain lines to main 4" stack.
* Pex plumbing to sink, dishwasher, fridge and stove pot filler.
* Garbage disposal with countertop push button/vacuum switch.
* Black stainless Single bowl sink with accessories.
* New windows
* Dove grey cabinets throughout, black square handles.
* Granite countertops, all cut in house.
* LED under cabinet lighting.
* Countertop outlets recessed into the bottom of the cabinets.
* Lifeproof Vinyl plank, all new PVC trim.
***Went ahead and replaced a closet floor and trim while on site.

* 9'x3' Large format tile shower.
* Custom niche with four corner shelves and tile in soap dish.
* Removed an older vinyl window, install all new glass block window.
* Linear shower drain with matching tile in grate.
* 3-way diverter valve, controlling a hand wand and a his and hers shower head design as requested.
* Single pane glass wall divider, leaving a 3' walkway on right side.
* Vinyl tile on the main floor, with the closest match possible to get the flowing design throughout.
* New ceiling trim, baseboard trim and window and door trim.
* Ceiling vent with color changing lights and Bluetooth speaker.
